Thank you for visiting the Matthew J. Moran Memorial Fund. Matt is fondly remembered as a gifted and caring son, brother, friend and teammate. Matt lost a brave and remarkable fight with brain cancer on July 9, 1998. In Matt's short and brilliant life, he inspired countless moments of laughter as he connected with his family and an unforgettable group of friends. These friends and Matt's family remember him every day. We meet once a year to simply remember Matt - together. We raise money and donate it to worthy causes, and we share memories about a young man we can never forget and will always miss.
